|About New Home Trends|
The New Home Trends team has earned a reputation as “the people who know
what’s going on in the industry.” We have also earned the respect of our
clients and peers for our honesty and integrity. We don’t always tell them what
they want to hear – but we always tell them what they need to hear.
It all starts with an extensive database that is growing daily. We track sales, floor plans, lot sizes, amenities, square footages, selling prices, construction start dates, hearing results, prices, buyer preferences – anything and everything having to do with the residential building industry.
We gather this information the old-fashioned way: by personal, face-to-face contacts with realtors, builders, and city and county officials. We also invest in a lot of footwork – searching through city and county records, visiting sites, reading the newspaper, and conducting focus groups and surveys.
Data itself is not knowledge. Knowledge comes from understanding the data and interpreting them properly, so we augment our data with decades of experience working in every aspect of the new homes industry.
We use this data and our expertise to help our clients make critical decisions about product design, marketing strategies, pricing, and timing. Our experience, vision, and understanding of the marketplace allow us to provide both quantitative and qualitative reports and make realistic recommendations to our clients.
We say, "If you don’t know, don’t build” – and our job is to make sure our clients know! We help clients translate numbers into successful projects and strategies.
And now, our database is more comprehensive and accessible than ever before. With a click of the mouse you have the most current information available about residential building in the area. We offer:
At New Home Trends, our combination of expertise, experience, and knowledge can help you in virtually any development, building, or sales and marketing situation.
