We gather this information the old-fashioned way: by personal, face-to-face contacts with realtors, builders, and city and county officials. We also invest in a lot of footwork – searching through city and county records, visiting sites, reading the newspaper, and conducting focus groups and surveys.

Data itself is not knowledge. Knowledge comes from understanding the data and interpreting them properly, so we augment our data with decades of experience working in every aspect of the new homes industry.
